Virtual Book Club

October 2021

Ms. Raghunita was invited as our guest to demonstrate to us the art of calligraphy. Calligraphy helps us to slow down, focus, and breathe and so improves our mental well-being. Her work includes brush lettering, Devanagari, and copperplate calligraphy. Children enjoyed the workshop.

Diwali was celebrated by the children of Virtual Book Club.

November 2021

Children's Day was celebrated at the Virtual Book Club. Children shared stories using props, gestures and voice modulation.

December 2021

In the author talk, for the month of December we had Ms. Vimla Bhandari Ji as our guest who is a well renowned award-winning Hindi writer and has done immense work in the field of children's literature.

January 2022

हमारे वर्चुअल बुक क्लब द्वारा गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। विशेष अतिथि के रूप में हमारे बीच सुप्रसिद्ध रचनाकार रजनी कांत शुक्ल जी थे। उनके रचनाकर्म के बारे में बाते हुईं। उन्होंने अपनी कविताओं एवं कहानियों के माध्यम से समां बाँध दिया। बच्चे अंत तक उनसे और सुनने की माँग करते रहे। सभी बच्चों ने भी बढ़-चढ़ कर हिस्सा लिया। किसी ने हमारे देश के संविधान के बारे में बताया, तो किसी ने शहीद भगत सिंह की कहानी सुनाई। किसी ने देशभक्ति की कविता सुनाई तो किसी ने कुछ रोचक तथ्य साझा किए। तितली बनकर एक बच्ची ने सबका मन मोह लिया। नवनीत शुक्ल जी, दीप्ति जी ने भी कविताएँ सुनाईं और पूरे कार्यक्रम को सुंदर बनाया। बच्चों का जोश देखने लायक था।

January 2022

हमारे Virtual Book Club के बच्चों द्वारा विश्व हिंदी दिवस पर कविताएँ एवं कहानियाँ साझा की गईं। कुछ अतिथि भी कार्यक्रम से जुड़े जिन्होंने अपनी प्रस्तुतियों से कार्यक्रम को और सुंदर बना दिया।

Christmas was celebrated in our Virtual Book Club. It was a wonderful evening where so many children and storytellers came together to share the stories of kindness.
