Teacher Training Session on ‘Art Of Storytelling’ at CCRT (New Delhi)

CCRT Headquarters, New Delhi organised 497th Orientation Course in line with NEP-2020 in January 2025  for in-service teachers from Govt./Govt. Aided Schools. 116 in teachers from government and government-aided schools across 9 different Indian states, participated in the workshop. 

The workshop highlighted the importance of storytelling in education. The New Education Policy emphasises the use of storytelling. How the use of voice modulation, gestures and props bring forth a live story in front of everyone, was shown by demonstrating a story. Teachers were encouraged to make their own stories using props.
