Storytelling session organized by KR Mangalam school
A storytelling session was organized by KR Mangalam school, New Delhi. The stories took the children to the imaginative world. Use of props, music, puppets made the session a memorable one.
Feedback:
The workshop aimed to improve the children’s listening skills, stimulate their imagination, and foster language development through creative storytelling techniques. Ma’am started the session with a friendly and inviting tone to help the children feel at ease. She told the stories of ‘Hungry Spider’ and ‘Kite and its Friends’ using hand puppets, concrete objects, and related props. Throughout the storytelling, the children were encouraged to participate by asking questions which kept them actively engaged.
The children were extremely happy and thoroughly enjoyed the storytelling session. The interactive and imaginative approach of storytelling was a great success and significantly contributed to the children’s developmental growth.
